Bryan AnDyke is the founder of Red Chair Development, an Oregon native with more than 20 years of experience in land development, construction, and operations. He has worked across multiple jurisdictions statewide —from Central Oregon to Mid-Valley to Portland Metro area and beyond — giving him a practical understanding of how projects move through Oregon’s regulatory landscape.

Bryan’s career includes leadership roles such as Director of Development, Director of Operations, and Land Development Project Manager, where he oversaw due diligence, entitlement strategy, grading, utilities, permitting, platting, and warranty closeout. He has managed multi‑phase master‑planned communities, municipal earthwork scopes, and thousands of homesites, consistently focusing on clarity, coordination, and keeping projects on schedule.

Before stepping into executive leadership, Bryan ran his own construction company and worked hands‑on in the field — experience that continues to shape his grounded, practical leadership style.

Outside of work, Bryan is a husband and father to two young boys. He has also coached football for over 15 years, from youth programs to serving as a varsity offensive coordinator, a role that influences his approach to communication, teamwork, and accountability.
